Got a friend who wants to sell his AR-15. He says it has the collapsable stock. What should I offer him for it?

paid $1,500 plus for mine which was brand new--a buddy just got one for a grand which has to be the best deal i've heard of lately....Dick

Blue or green label?  A green label AR usually adds a couple more hundred dollars to the price tag.  For some reason 9mm ARs have been going up in price within the last year or so.  dickwholliday gave you a pretty good spread in prices.  One thing to remember, mags aren't cheap...
