I need to move to a weight lifting schedule. Elliptical is fine but I want to tone arms and build some muscle.

I want to use Dumbells as my ONLY weight lifting solution due to space.

Wich ones do you recommend.

Powerblocks all the way. IIRC, the Bowflex ones top out pretty light, whereas the powerblocks can be expanded to something like 130 lbs each. Plus the Powerblocks just felt more solid to me.

I have bowflex ones and love them. Seems like you aren't a big lifter....toning up: either will work. I got mine from ebay for cheap. And i have some kettlebells on order to supplement. Big weights aren't needed to stay in shape.
