Do these guys get a chance to brush their teeth during Hell Week?  I've always wondered this.

FWIW, anyone even remotely interested in the SEAL teams should read "The Warrior Elite: The Forging of SEAL class 228" by Dick Couch.  Just picked up a copy from Military Book Club, and it's a tough book to put down.  You really feel for the trainees, and just reading it tires you out.  Great stuff.
