Bianca Trump's Lawyer Files Suit Against Police and Attorney's Office

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla – Following the incident in early fall where bad blood between neighbors boiled over, Bianca Trump announced yesterday that her lawyer, famous Boca Raton, Florida attorney Barry Silver, has filed an official notice against the West Palm Beach Police Department and the State Attorney's office.

According to Florida State, Silver will be suing both branches in six months on Trump's behalf, citing gross negligence and discrimination based on gender, race, religion, and occupation as the reasons behind the filing.

"There have been a long series of threats, assaults and other violations, and they have not been protecting her," says Silver from his offices in Boca Raton. "We don't know for sure why, but we can speculate that it may be because of her occupation, her form of religion [Trump is a Wiccan], gender, her stance on cleaning up the neighborhood… It could even be for political reasons. But whatever the reasons, they're impure."

The issues started when Trump moved into her home in West Palm Beach and had discussions with her neighbors about property lines. Later, Trump felt it was more her pornographic past and her decision to run her website business from her home that became the problem. Tempers flared and resulted in a bloody fistfight on October 11. Silver says that Trump has been living in fear, and the police have not laid any charges or reprimanded the parties involved.

Trump also notes that she is supported by the WPB chapter of NOW (National Organization for Women), and that plans are in place to launch a full-blown media attack against the city for their handling of the whole episode.

"I absolutely believe that the media should be involved in this," Silver notes. "I support her effort to let the public know about this injustice, and I intend to assist her in any way possible."

As for what they hope to accomplish with the suit, Silver says, "Our goal is to make city officials accountable to all citizens of Florida, not just certain ones. Everyone is worthy of protection."

Trump was unavailable for comment. Further details of the story can be found in an article that appeared in the Palm Beach Post via her website at biancatrump.com.

A laudable goal, making law enforcement accountable.  But why should she be different from anyone else?  The police owe NO ONE protection.

Apparently famous Mr. Barry Silver doesn't realize that the police have absolutely no legal obligation to provide protection to anybody (including porn stars).  Maybe Ms. Trump should have A. moved, or B. payed for her own damn protection.

Maybe we should volunteer to help her out by taking turns staying at her house and protecting her.  Single men only need apply.

So I gather she's a Wiccan porn star running her business from her home bent on cleaning up the neighborhood?

Yep and guess what not one of those things is a felony, much less a misdemeanor

On the other hand the drugs some of her "normal" neighbors are selling ARE.

I'm predicting that this will end as yet another precedent to be added to the list of cases that prove that the police have no duty to protect individuals.

Wait, she lives in West Palm Beach and she's complaining about protection?
A porn-star witch millionare is suing the local gov's 'cus she can't get protection?
Maybe she should stop airing her dirty laundry in public, and take that money she's spending on lawyers, get some guns and hire some burly bodyguards.
I think some of us here would be happy to "protect" her from her "dangerous" nieghbors( accountants and chiwawa's).
