Amazing that there were no airliner crashes last year. So far 19 dead and climbing.

Don't know. He uses both airports. I e-mailed him and so far have no response.

I flew on a Beech 1900D two days ago. Not a pleasant aircraft to fly in. Not even as large as a small bus. I wouldn't have much confidence in the safety features of such an aircraft. Any crash at all would probably kill all occupants.

UPDATE: G-man just e-mailed me, he is fine. Says he makes the same hop b/t the two airports...

I am about 1/2 mile from the CLT airport. Here at work the planes come in and I can see the oil stains they are so low.

Indeed. We are not promised a tomorrow, and should make every day, even every minute, count. I never leave the house without kissing my wife and sons bye, and telling them I love them.

Dominus, Regarding your comments on the safety features of the Beech 1900D: No, it is not the most comfortable for passengers, but it is a very tried and true airframe and is very, very well powered. I know, I flew this airplane for this airline. - Checknsix

If anyone sees a list of victims, I'd appreciate a link to it. I've been looking, but I can't find it. I've got two relatives that were returning home today from a wedding that I haven't been able to get into touch with. Their last name is Wilson.z
