How did the chicken get back down?  

With all the money spent "saving" the chicken, I'm sure it will be adopted by Lupi and end up in a burrito.  That's what I'd do with it.

I saw on the tube where the chicken/balloon contraption got caught up in some power lines. A cop brought it back down with a BB gun.
