So... after serving dept of state for the terry case and wrapping up the nfatca and nfrtr cases, what should we be asking for next? Any ideas? I'm open to all suggestions!

ETA: Terry case, as in Agent Brian Terry? If so, semi disregard my IM, but I totally brushed over that part of your post, but ironic none the less. |

The Fast and Furious type operation that sent guns to Chicago gangs?

At what point do prolonged wait times for suppressor approvals become punitive to company and purchasers alike?

I'd like to know more about Operation Chokepoint even though it is over now.

How about Fraud, Waste, and Abuse probe into a seemingly small agency with a huge spending habit.
We had a discussion a while back about the number of employees in various agencies. I would like to know why a small service agency has enough employees to place 50 to 100 in every county in the nation, and what they do for a check. A few years back the Department of Education bought an order of shotguns for its security branch. That one has a couple of angles to dig in, starting with the current disposition of the firearms, then onto the mission of a security group for this department, and the number of employees in that division. |

I've always said that I should file an FOIA request for my own FBI file someday...maybe as a birthday present to myself on my 60th birthday (...closer than I'd like to admit.)

The M228 andM201 grenade fuze thing. ATF is trying to say they are explosives, but DOT says they are fireworks.
One person had charges dropped AFTER he plead guilty. Shady as shit. ATF is also arguing that 40mm chalk rounds are explosives. It's really fucking the DD community. |

NFA in its entirety.
GCA in its entirety. Hughes. Import bullshit. |
|
|
FOIA all the ATF private letter rulings and make them public.
|
|
Any DC PD/FBI/DOJ coms you can FOIA re Seth Rich? Or DNC coms with DOJ or FBI re Seth?
|
|
Any thing you can do for us Oregonians getting screwed over by Gov Brown and dirty Bloomberg money swamping our local politics?

@NoloContendere I want this shit explained. I want to know who oversees this spending, who decides what's fair, and who signed off on it. Who the hell gets to decide if such blatant favoritism is okay.

How about you take the weekend off and swim to Classic
Sue everybody next week. |

MS13 and other known gang members getting entry into the US? Seemed to be a deliberate and intentional act not typical government incompetence.

No idea what may be in or outside of the scope, but:
Something that results in more dirt on the communists. Something about ATF error rates on approvals, or evals on examiners, though I'd anticipate you've done those. Something from VA that mentions me by name just to WTF people. |

This has nothing to do with firearms, but is the biggest wtf in our monetary system I've ever seen:
http://www.schiffradio.com/belgian-connection/ "Of course exactly who is buying those bonds remains a mystery. It’s only known for sure that a Belgium-based clearing house called Euroclear is “likely responsible” for holding the $200 plus billion in Treasuries. It’s amazing in this day and age when every e-mail and phone call is scrubbed for security content that hundreds of billions of dollars could move across borders without anyone really knowing what is going on. Of course this is likely only possible if official sources themselves are the transacting parties." Long story short, the world is owned by private central banking cartels, and it's difficult to "prove" because they operate outside and above Congress (and the rest of the world governments). Is there any way to FOIA the Treasury and figure out exactly who bought those bonds? If we were able to prove a conntection to international banking cartels, Congress could have enough oomph to audit the Fed, and we could save our country from the impoverishment through massive debt that they create. |

This might be a new angle for you.
Every agency has an Inspector General operation. Their records are ALSO subject to FOIA. I inherited a project that has some "issues." We've gotten 2 FOIA requests - one directed at my organization directly, and one directed to the IG, demanding the results of THEIR inspection on the project. |

I'm usually a day late on a lot of your stuff, @nolocontendre , but did you have much luck on your last round of legal artillery?

reasons for CBP's cronic understaffing (think 20k officers when multiple staffing model call for 25k-30k) which is a waste because the government pays these guys 2x base pay to work OT(think 80 an hour) instead of simply hiring a body to fill it, and before " OT is only occasional" you mean guys hitting their 45k max earning at 3-4 MONTHS into the year, (that would equate to roughly 30 hours of OT per week)
