Used this picture in another thread for comparison purposes - perhaps GD could use another "gun" topic.   I think these are some nice handguns, these are my favorites and ones I rely on daily.   I have others, but these are the ones which are always at the ready.

My 3 "working" handguns:

S&W Bodyguard 380 for pocket carry (> nothing)

Walther PPS in 9mm for comfortable IWB carry - very pleased with the PPS

S&W M&P .40 for home/nightstand

Have a nice week!

I have four of them. They are a bit heavy for EDC, though.

Ordered spare grips set
sprayed tan krylon
brushed on MINWAX walnut stain
clear polycrylic finish
was going for "faux" wood finish. Moot point since I ended up putting on Hogue grips over it anyways

If your gun is too heavy for every day carry leave your purse at home.

I've come to the realization that I would be perfectly fine with 3 handguns, and 3 long guns - that would satisfy all my CCW needs, home defense needs, and more.

Why isn't there a tacked thread somewhere that explains this?

We can't very well be gun nuts with just 6 guns.

And how would 86 87, forgot about Ruger making 1911s now, 1911 makers stay in business if we only bought 6 guns!

I couldn't justify a C&R license for only 6 guns...

My G19 was made in 93(?), how old is that one?

That's a big hole in that woodchuck. I had no idea Glock shrapnel was so energetic.

I'm supporting at least two companies that make gun oil and silicone cloths.

I would like to hear about the Bodyguard, clearly you trust it with your life. That says a lot, I would really like to own one. Have any more pictures of it?

Bodyguard is a better than nothing, equal but nicer than an LCP gun - as a .380 shot placement and good sneakers are essential.
As a resident of S FL, we often don't wear many clothes - so we sometimes need a Bodyguard - or go without any protection (other than cell phone).

To me, this thread is about the guns which aren't necessarily the nicest you own - but the ones you actually use for CCW or nightstand/desk drawer.  In my case, the Bodyguard is a decent little pocket gun - a step above nothing.

ETA - honestly I trust the PPS with my life, I hope the Bodyguard will work - but .380 isn't much.  The PPS is my CCW of choice - and it's a really nice handgun.

Also - the Bodyguard is a recent serial number - the early ones had some issues - hopefully they've been resolved with the most recent prefix.

My guns don't work. They just lay around the house eating bon bons and waiting for the government to start handing out ammo checks.
