That knife shouldn't be illegal to own anywhere in this country. Good guy, bad guy or anywhere in between, it's a bullshit law and a bullshit excuse for arresting someone. I bet they wish they had just let him go when they realized that the knife was all they could get him for.
But, they wanted more government, I hope they liked their more government as much as the government liked the rioting. |

Yeah it's a piece of shit, but it is still a 3 inch blade that should not be illegal to possess, carry, or use anywhere. It's no different in my mind than otherwise law-abiding citizens getting busted under the SAFE act in New York for possession of a handgun |
