Check it for a UPC code or a fax number or website. If it doesn't have one of those on it, it might be old.

Peter's is still sold by Gander Mtn. & others. It is a division of Remington.
I don't know if they still make .38, but I use their 22LR all the time, and it is very accurate stuff. |
