Whatever happened to ACT UP?  I haven't heard anything from them in a while...

Last time was at a restaurant in Palo Alto, when about 12 of them decided to stand up in the middle of (my) eating dinner and happily announce "WE'RE GAY!"

My answer - "So fuckin' what?"  I don't have anything against being gay, just a problem with them going over the top on it...

Anyhow, I wound up taking out the rubbish that night, and the manager paid for our dinner because he'd been trying to get rid of them for months - but didn't have a way to do it himself (don't be fooled by "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone" - you ever hear of discrimination?)

Anyhow, I hadn't heard anything in a while, and I thought maybe the finally folded up...  NAMBLA is next!  ACLU be damned...
