I bought my pre-teen a laptop computer. Anyone know a quick down and dirty way to put parental controls on internet use?

I know there are several choices, but the only one that comes to mind is "Net Nanny".

I have used Norton Internet Security for years. AV and Parental Controls all in one. Download it direct from Norton to save $$.
