I'm more intrigued by the James River Armory BM-59 for $1200 from AIM https://4b1e874935ea5d25a97e-f099844d0e354c7ab50c55a966be6870.ssl.cf2.rackcdn.com/product/F1JRBM59308.jpg View Quote |

If someone doesn't own a .308 should seem almost irresistible.
If I weren't in CA I'd buy one off principal. |
|
I'd probably Fo if I didn't just order the Larue 6.5 Grendel deal.
|
|
I own a couple semi auto 308s in other platforms. That just seems super tempting.

Works well. I don't like the upper and lower slop. I found a rear pin that removes 3/4 of the slop in it. For what you get, you're getting a damn good rifle. FYI... clean the barrel properly before you fire it. It's pretty nasty. One boresnake trip down the bore and it looked GREAT. I ran some patches through it after that and it was good to go. My RRA LAR8 had 40 failures in the first 100 rds while trying to break it in. My PA10... ZERO. If they make another batch of Gen 1's I may have to pick up one more. Their new one the PX10 looks pretty good as well. |

I'm only seeing an upper for $399, or a complete rifle for $699.

Got the cheap upper and the magpul lower earlier this evening for $479. You have to hit as soon as the email arrives. Shit goes fast.

.308 Winchester chambers, not 7.62 NATO, eh? That will handle 7.62 NATO fine, correct?
|
|
Never mind I see the classic lower is the only one available now.

How is the reliability on these? View Quote Unfortunate fact: all of my PSA guns have been more reliable than my Gen 4 Glock 26. |

If you don't have a 308, buy it.
I'm hoping to test my new AR10 tomorrow |

Okay, I'm sure I am just missing it, but can anyone tell me if the lower works with Magpul mags? I know some AR-10s don't, or at least that used to be the case... Feel stupid asking but its 2am and I should already be asleep.

PSA can behave like real S*&^h*$ds sometimes. They came out with the PA10 then stopped so I got a Diamondback DB10. Now they are coming out with it again.
