Jeebus!
Doesn't even hold 16 gallons. I drive like 18k+ per year. This is gonna hurt. What did you pay to fill your tank today? Poll to follow. |
$81.
Diesel is 2.71 a gallon here. Glad I only have to fill up once every two weeks. |
$44 to fill up a '02 Monte Carlo, and it wasnt even empty!
$2.85/gal!!! |
I haven't filled up lately (truck is wrecked and waiting to get fixed) but it's usually around $40 or $45 when I do. Of course, I usually have around $.80 off per gallon on my Get Go account Then there was that time I got gas right after Katrina, I put in $70 and I didn't even get a full tank.
What is that? |
It runs off of your Giant Eagle Advantage Card. The more you spend the more you get off gas. Only downside is you have to use a Get Go gas station. And I think it might actually be called Git Go, but I'm not sure..... |

Ford Expedition - 26 gal. tank
Ran $75.00 this weekend to fill her up...... Oh well, I at least don't drive that much. |
$8.50. I have been ridding the Harley to work and changing into work clothes when I get there. The Z71 likes to drink over $60 a week.
since i've sold my truck, pump prices don't bother me so much. my most memorable fill-up was when i had to stop the pump at $100 dollars because i had no more money on me to put in it. Selling that things was a good decision.

Brooksville, FL: $2.89 and rising... granted that it's not as bad as some areas within the US.
I paid $45 (and change) to fill up my Lexus ES300... and the tank was a little less than a 1/4. It should be a fuel efficient car; unfortunately, the way I drive, it's gone within a day or two. What the hell is going on with the $$$? Oh wait... I think I know why... ***Shakes magic 8-Ball for answers*** Semper Fi! |
Just spent $42.60 for 15.6 gallons into my 20 gallon tank a couple hours ago.
I MUST get a bike this summer. |
$33 to fill up a Sentra SER Spec-V. It only holds 10 gallons, but goes a long way on it, thank god.
Suddenly, the fuel-effiecent ride I bought doesn't seem like such a bad choice.
I never actually look at the price on purpose. I just pay the bill at the end of the month. Seems less depressing that way. Kind of one of those things that you just can't do anything about.
$3.15 or so around here. The S4 runs on 91 octane, totalled about $48 for 7/8ths of a tank two days ago.
NTM |
I never fill up when prices are up,because everytime i do it drops 20 cents the next day. Not alot of money but it still makes me sick.
i get 40 mpg in my 1991 toyota tercel. i cant complain!
ms. snaps |
Gas is over 4 dollars a gallon where I live. My truck has a 30 gallon tank.
$122.00 last time I filled up. |
WTF??!?!!!?!? $4/gal! You'd think that in Alaska, with all that nice crude they've got flyin' up out of those wells, (killing innocent caribou, no doubt) that gas'd be cheaper than THAT! |
I need to get gas tomorrow. I'm figuring it will be about $30 for a little over 8 gallons to top off my tank. The 91 octane shit gas we get in CA is running in the $3.20 range around here.
Since I got my ticket I'm driving like a pussy to avoid attracting the cops' attention and that's helping me save a little bit on gas. That, and not to mention not driving unless I really have to for the same reason. |
Free bought a donkey.
My truck holds 26 gallons and at 2.90 a gallon it fells so nice. |
It's right around $35 to fill the legacy and about $85 to fill my van.
It sucks and all, but $100 bucks to drive around all week isn't going to kill me and I'm probably not even spending that. If I was just driving the legacy it probably wouldn't even run me $40. |
43.00 in my Chrysler
45.00 in the Wifes Caravan 30.00 in the Sentra gonna fillup my beater this morning. |
Gas is around $1.15 CAD per litre here... The hurting thing is that we arent even close to peak summer driving time and hell hurricane season hasnt hit yet
I just added up my receipts for my three week vacation in Brazil.
At about $5.50 a gallon I spent about $300 to run my Dad's Blazer. Not to mention the $8.00 per quart for the synthetic oil he uses. ETA: Felt good to spend 'only' $30.00 to top off my jeep when I got back. |
$78 every two weeks. And that is just my truck, I have 3 other cars. My gas bill runs arounds 600 a month
$28.00 for 9 gallons in my '89 SHO. It holds 18 but I only let it get down to about 1/2 a tank before I fill it up again.
I think actually paying rent each month would make me come out ahead over the gas prices.. (and walking to work)
$24.00 even, for just over 8 gallons.
This is the first time I've broken the $20.00 boundary since buying my new Prius. But then, depending upon the outside temperature, I get anywhere from 48 to 54mpg. |
Yesterday gas was 2.959 for reg unleaded and 3.199 for 91 for Mobil, the Shell station was the same price across the street.
about 16 gallons of Premium @$2.99/gallon into my BMW 330i. SUCKS! But it could be much worse....how would you like to be the guy driving the Excursion....bend over!
Lucky bastard... You can actually drive... Be grateful... (Not paying for gas because I am not allowed to have a car here) |
Well, not today, but right after hurricane Katrina, gas was $3.17 here. I have a 38 gallon tank in the F150. That's right, $103.75 for a fill up.
I spend about $15 a week on gas. I only drive 10mile to and from the train station.
If you can afford the BMW, you can afford the fuel. |
I normaly stop at about $50.00 = <1/2 tank. I stopped filling up a few years ago due to the weight.
1 gallon of gasoline equals about 6.0 lbs so a full tank adds close to 300lbs. 97 2500 Suburban = 44 gallon tank, the last fill up from empty was $113.00 |
Not listed....$7.45 to fill a Kawasaki Vukcan
But my F150 is parked at home filled with Sta-bil added. That bad boy cost about $68 to fill both tanks. |
