Very sad, but he wasn't killed.  He died.  When reading the thread title, I was thinking negligent shoot or something.

Still a good reminder to be safe.

Happens nearly every year. There will be some fatal heart attacks and accidental/negligent shootings come the 15th as well.

Some of the most dangerous stuff I do is when I'm out hunting. It's just part of it.
