I've been trying to download drivers for my sound card but I have no idea what kind of card I have. I have a gateway laptop (Model: MX7525) that's probably 3 1/2 to 4 years old... I tried going to device manager to see what brand and all but it just says "n/a".

I've tried different ones here and there to hopefully hit the right one on accident but no luck so far.

Is there a site I can go to to scan my computer to see wtf I need?

There are tons of programs out there to detect and show your hardware.

This is one of many:

ETA:  I just tried this program on my Win7-64 machine and most things are correct but it doesn't detect everything properly.  Says my video card doesn't support Nvidia CUDA and a couple other minor things...
