Okay.  We did the stupid things you heard at the gun show thread.  But what are some of the gems you have heard while Christmas shopping?

Sales guy:  There is a $5 handeling fee for this item because we had to order it.
Woman:  WHAT!  I have to pay shipping!!!
Sales guy:  No this is not for shipping, this is for handeling.
Woman:  Oh, okay.

So she was pissed to pay shipping, but handeling is fine.



What are some you have heard?

Since we are on the topic of stupid people, I was at a gas station yesterday-needed something to drink.  So I took a de-caf pepsi to the register.  The woman looked at it and asked- I kid you not, "What does de-caf pepsi taste like?  Does it taste like diet pepsi?"  I said "Uhh it tastes like pepsi"  The cashier goes "I thought it would taste more like diet pepsi since all of the caffeine was out of it."
