Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Old lady says "WHOOOOO cares" in a movie from years ago. What movie?

This one is driving me nuts.  I thought it was Dirty Work with Norm McDonald, but I just proved that one wrong.  Anyone remember?  It was a old lady, a boss or something, and she really emphasized on the who part.
