I have an old copy of Stars & Stripes newspaper I kept since 1974.  It was the first time in the papers history it used color (red)  and the headlines read "NIXON RESIGNS".  You think it is worth anything?  How could I find out if it is?

It's probably no worth more than a couple bucks, but I could be wrong. I'd just hang on to it as a neat memory.

S&S isn't worth anything new, so I don't see how it will appreciate in value.

and

COLD WAR ENDS

I was in Turkey for D Shield and Saudi for D Storm

I was in Germany when the Berlin Wall came down.

My Stars and Stripes are all from late 1944-I bought a stack of them at a gunshow once. they are all Continental editions, and have lots of original "Up Front" cartoons in them-the reason I bought them in the first place.

My S&S has the first shuttle launch.  It's a keep sake.

I was unpacking some Christmas lights yesterday and came across a year end addition of S&S for 2001 in the bottom of the box.

Then it hit me. This my first Christmas at home since then.

I'd just keep it, as I will mine.
