Sorry, but she pushed once and he restrained. She hit, grabbed his neck, and got what she wanted. And he only had to tell her once.

The Surveillance video of the incident shows, after the two had an argument, Amelia Molitor pushing, then slapping Mixon, followed by Mixon punching Molitor, but that video was not released.[6] He broke bones in her face which resulted in hospitalization and surgery. Mixon received a one-year deferred sentence and was required to perform 100 hours of community service and undergo counseling. Molitor filed suit in federal court against Mixon on July 22, 2016. She accused Mixon of negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.[7] |
