We all hope W wins and wins big ,but there is always the chance he loses too.

Are you stocking up more on weapons if kerry wins?

Reason I'm asking is that I just ordered a butt load of stuff that was partially inspired by the fact kerry may win. I was going to buy anyway, I just upped the amount just in case.

Does a  bear shit in the woods?  Got a new Bushy preban on layaway.  I have bought a bunch of primers as well.

fun show this weekend, will make good use of the ammo dealer(jg sales, if they show up)  regardless of who wins.  if kerry wins I'll probably make off with a couple more items, but lack of funds determine what I get

"IF" kerry wins - Absolutely YES - I will be buying a few - maybe more Lowers at least.  I will of course be giving away all my current rifles to my fishing buddies - just in case you wondered were they all went.

I'm in the PRK so I've got just about all I can practically have (execpt for something in 5.56).

If Kerry wins I'll have my house on the market within 30 days and gone just as soon as I can get it sold (which really isn't a problem in SoCal right now).

I'm sure as hell not going to be caught this deep behind enemy lines if that bastard makes a grab for more of our rights.  I should have enough time to prepare for the worst.

Over the past 4 weeks I have bought 3 AR lowers (Mega, Ameetec, Cav Arms Mk 2), a .45 upper, a .300 Whisper upper, 2 AR-10 lowers, many parts kits, stocks, etc.

Still on my list is the 6.8mm upper, 9mm upper, 6.5 Grendel upper, .338 Whisper upper, and .308 upper.

I think that will just about do it.

I just built a No-Ban 14.5inch w/ fixed flash hider Bushy and I'll be ordering a few more lowers and quite a few magazines depending on todays outcome.

Dude, I'm sitting on 10 parts-kits right now (With 15 stripped Stag lowers on the way) that I was "Going" to offer to the guys in my unit as a group-buy (I shelled-out for the kits) and what happens tonight determines if I turn my bud's onto them or I keep 'em.

I guess that'd be a yeah as far as your question goes.

I've got more evil guns than I have the ability to carry.  I'm all set....

Well almost.  But the stuff I want has nothing to do with the old AWB.

All I need now is a nice fal to round out my collection. I bet dsa is back logged til 2006.
Link Posted: 11/2/2004 1:18:18 PM EDT
Not really stocking up on more guns - I have plenty. Nowadays it's ammo and accessories.

Can't afford to.
Link Posted: 11/2/2004 1:22:41 PM EDT
I want to get a few lowers at least.  I'm more worried about a state ban in IL, but if Sen. Kerry gets elected, then I will really get off my ass quick.
Link Posted: 11/2/2004 1:24:27 PM EDT
Stocked up before and after the clinton gun ban ended.

As far as a possible kerry administration - I'll wait and see.  Personally I think I'd want to wait and see what he tried to ban first.  For instance if .50's go first I'd need to go that route.

Hopefully Bush will win and we won't have to worry about that.

I'll most likely get some stripped lowers and some hi-cap Glock mags. I'd get more if I could but hopefully it will be enough to keep back the DUh hordes.

[I like to engage in Steganography]
I don't own any guns.  Am I nuts?  Stockpiling seems inadvisable.  Like ten years ago, I don't see the need.  Crazy, if you ask me.

If Kerry wins,  I'm buying at least 5 AR lower receivers.
Link Posted: 11/2/2004 1:39:58 PM EDT
Nope no guns here. More tooling and machienes... thats where my money's going! Man I really want a set of DRO's (Digital Read Out)!
Link Posted: 11/2/2004 1:47:27 PM EDT
I would if I had the extra $

Last time I voted and then went and bought a gun, a .22 for my son that wasn't born yet.
Now he has already claimed my Ar

I stocked up before the last election, big time.

Well, yeah, if Kerry wins I'll have to add a few items right away.
Link Posted: 11/2/2004 1:58:33 PM EDT
I would a second AR. A "pre-ban" Bushy 16" A-3, some more mags and ammo. Then, I'm taking them fishing with me.

YES!!!

Regardless of who wins the Presidency, Congress is heavy Republican.

If a president could Executive Order away all assault style firearms... Clinton would have done it.

Don't worry.

you got any spare money to help me out??

Ok guys........Honesty time...Buying more weapons

Yes, but, the acquisitions were previously planned and or ordered.
Link Posted: 11/2/2004 2:11:56 PM EDT
If Kerry wins, I'm ordering a Vector Uzi Carbine and then a bunch of AR, AK, Uzi, etc. mags tomorrow.  However, it would be cold comfort.
Link Posted: 11/2/2004 2:13:35 PM EDT

"Ammo, dude. Bring ammo."

Ammoman will be getting a
call if sKerry pulls it out of
our collective asses.

I wished I could, I started saving 3 years ago for the end of the ban. That amounted to almost 12k. I have $255 left and that is going for 2 cases of wolf .223 for plinking. I'm broke as hell now.

Our money won't go as far if he is elected, you know how the price gougers are in the gun industry. Everything will double in price.
Link Posted: 11/2/2004 2:15:08 PM EDT
deffitnally will. but then again, do i really have to, can CT still be affected by the AWB?

Yeah, even if it has to go on the Visa, if Kerry wins I'm getting my CMP Garand and an AK before he takes office.
Link Posted: 11/2/2004 2:34:49 PM EDT
If Bush wins, I'll stick to my original schedule on getting my AK's, mags, and ammo. If Kerry wins, I'm calling in every favor I've got in order to get my guns and all the parts I want for them.

Preferably one AK with the original wood furniture, bayonet lug, and flash suppressor, one with synthetic furniture, side-folding stock, and flash suppressor. Add a couple drums, a bunch of magazines, and more ammo than God can miracle up, and I'll be all set. *waits for the lightning*

I myself have little to no financial means, and my family certainly doesn't have enough to get a bunch of guns, evil parts, and such. But I guarantee, if Kerry wins, I will have those guns in my safe before the year is up and his term starts.

If Kerry wins ( if he steals the election - he will not win it legitimately), I will be cancelling my truck payment next month ( I have made payments far in advance of what is due), sitting on all my $$$, and deciding what kind of guns my great grandchildren will want someday (I'm 25 now). So I will come up with a concise plan of what I really need for the next generations - be it guns, mags, or ammo..........
