After months of trying to figure it out, what is the deal with arfcommers about losing weapons in boating accidents??
 I have seen that reference in countless posts and I'm done trying to guess what the hell you guys are talking about!Someone clue me in please!!

The normal Arfcom respose if some LEO knocks on the door trying to collect your guns. "I'm sorry officer but I lost all those guns in a horrible boating accident that nearly killed me."
