Clarksville police continue to look for suspects in a recent robbery and an attempted robbery on Madison Street.

The attempted robbery was at U.S. Bank on Madison Street Jan. 19, where a middle-aged man was approached at an automated teller machine around 6 a.m. by a man who brandished a knife and demanded money.

According to a police report, the victim replied: "Why did you bring a knife to a gunfight?"

The suspect, who was described as a 6 foot tall, 200 pound black man wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, ran away without any money.
