It's gotta be a put-on. Libertarians, Socialists, and Greens are about as opposed to each other as you can get. And today's socialists do not use that 3,000+ year-old good luck symbol with Hitler turned into a symbol of hatred (though there are Synagogues in existence with swastika mosaic floors). Such a party would have a membership of one: the joker who put up the page.

It is a spoof. It's put up by a friend and former co-worker of mine in Texas. He loves to yank people's chains for the reactions he can get out of them. He's kinda off the wall, but a funny guy.
