Fuck!!! I voted for Bush as did my whole family. I can tell you for a fact both my grandparents voted absentee for Bush so there is at least 2 votes there. These provisional ballots are going to be a nightmare. There is around 200,000 of them & the margin is presently 130,000 between the candidates. Ohio CANNOT have a recount because the margin is 2% & 0.25% is the margin for automatic recount.

They just said on Fox that in Bush v. Gore the Supreme Court mandated that whatever standard a state uses must be uniformly applied across the state. Ohio provides for that, so they can't challenge like they did in Florida.
As far as the provisional ballots go, we'll have to wait 11 days for those to be counted (if I heard the Secretary of State correctly). |

the rest of the state needs to do what erie county does ,we use fill in the dot ballots no hanging chads here

Hanging chads aren't an issue in Ohio, law states that two corners out count as a vote.
