 Called my work on the way to say i may be 5 minutes early but probably not. Just incase I was late i decided i'd let them know. I dont just show up late. infact noramally i am 30 minutes early. I am big on being prompt at work. anyway today i walk in at 2230 right when my shift starts. My assitant supervisor gives me mean look, and so does patrol LT. Super leaves and goes home. I go upstairs and hour later to get some paperwork and the LT. is there. He proceeds to give me a stern warning about how my supervisor was up there saying if i was late again, i am gonna get a write up. I understand some people (dayshift mostly) can be 5 minutes late, but 90% of the time I am early, 5% ontime, and 5% maybe 5 minutes late. By the way here is my scheduel 8a-5p police academy 5p-945p drive home from school, sleep, shower, get dressed head to work 945-10 maybe 1015 or 1020 with traffic :drive to work 1030 : night shfit starts. Yes I do understand employers dont give a rats ass about how much school i am doing. Never the less i usually early or ontime and rarely late. someone with that kind of performance i would give a little lattitude. rant off............... |

Starting seven days of on call and have to work this Sat. Sucks.
 Isn't even worth it for the extra pay as it kicks you into another tax bracket.

I dont understand this.... we watched the same game and Im not bummed at all... wonder why the polar opposite difference in opinion??  Hey but seriously, you have NOTHING to be down about... do you realize that they have the SAME EXACT record as the Angels? the season and post season until tonight were carbon copies. You STILL have the AL East title... Which with all the Angels hard work in the next few days they may only walk away with only the AL West title so we STILL are in the same boat. I rib the Yankee fans all the time but I always said they are a class act team. Look at the bright side... You still outlasted the Red Sox!!

Hehe, its only Math 110, But I'm so bad at math, I have zero confidence. I had 2 exams last week, and one of those turned out really well (other one hasn't been returned yet). I'm at the point of the semester where I'm freaking out about some of my classes because we havn't had many assignments. |
