The left seems to identify and sympathize with criminals more than people who are not "justice involved."

Right.
So that's what I should call the 14 year old in our custody who is in for 2nd degree rape and other sex crimes? Or is that what I should call the 3 or 4 16 year olds who are in our custody for 1st and 2nd degree murder, assault 1, (and other charges)? Oh I know! That's what I should call the 6 or 7 14-17 year olds who are in our custody for armed robbery and use of a handgun in the commission of a felony. Fuck you DOJ. And fuck your changing of words. These are not "justice involved youth." These are little shit stains who, daily, show no remorse for any of their crimes, and in fact laugh about it and make jokes with their peers. These little fuckers would rob you blind and beat the shit out of you for looking at you wrong, or "disrespecting them" in their hood. These same juveniles you think are so involved in justice are the very anti thesis of the word. They are injust in their behavior, their actions, their emotions, and their general state of being. They are oxygen thieves, sucking the life from anything they touch. You want to give them a new title? Fuck you. They are evil. And the ones I have come in contact with will not be changed. |

LOL Heres a "justice involved youth" for you (I spent 3 hours looking this stuff up because I couldn't believe it)
Stolen car gets pulled kids take off to later be captured by K9. A 16 year old, 15 year old, and 14 year old. The local sheriff posted the arrest to their Facebook and the dumbass 16 year old starts commenting on it bragging about how he almost got away, joking with his friends etc ON THE SHERIFFS FACEBOOK PAGE. When one friend said dude you are a moron he says (in white trash ghetto speak) essentially he isn't worried a juvenile record is expunged in 5 years which quickly was told incorrect by many on the page - not to mention if they released their names its likely he will be charged as an adult. In addition when searching the 15 year old - looks like he was just arrested in another county in a stolen car leading police on a 3 county chase. Once the nabbed him items in the car linked him to a slew of car burglaries and stolen property. This special snowflake already has a child, his brother is locked up for stealing a car as well and the mother's profile picture is her standing up with two middle fingers up caption "I don't care how many years my baby gets I still back him" Fuck these cancers of society call them for what they fucking are. Changing the language for juvies compared to adults is common. Even in Arizona, the law (Arizona Revised Statutes) uses different language for the same thing depending on if you're dealing with a juvie or adult. Adult v. Juvie Indictment/Complaint v. Petition Arraignment v. Advisory Pre-trial Conf v. Non-firm adjudication Change of plea v. admission Convicted of a crime v. adjudicated delinquent Sentencing v. disposition Same things, different words. |
