Hi guys,need some advise Been lifting weights for a while but have seen little results.I have upper body strength,but what I lack, and ultimatly want is "critical mass".So far I have not been on any supplements so I went to a GNC and got confused with all the different creatins protiens,wheys...ect. Do I need a supplement? How many weeks on a supplement will it take to see results? What am I doing wrong? A friend said creatine messes up your motabilism is this true? thanks for the advice.

You need to do a whole lot more research than you're going to find here. Read, try, learn. Even if someone here tells you what worked for them, it doesn't mean it will work for you. You wouldn't pay attention to someone who said they were a doctor and diagnosed an illness over the net....what's the difference? Lifter for 20 years. Seen it all. Wouldn't dream of telling you a thing.
