If they were in the building doing a check when it went down..... yes.  I figured that when they said 'missing' earlier in the day.

... unfortunately that doesn't suprise me.

They were the heros right below the towers saving our brothers and sisters.

I have a close relative flying out NOW to NYC on a C-17 to help.

My old college roommates brother is a NY firemen.

He was one of the 1st on the scene.  He was badly hurt and has a broken arm or shoulder which requires surgery.  He was taken to a hospital in Long Island.

Thank god he is alive, but I'm afraid many of his brothers didn't make it.

The number of firefighters just got upped to 250 and the number of NYC police was just posted at 200.
