First things first, how big is the island? 2500 acres? 5000?

5000 acres. You're going to need at least a 1000-yard long shooting alley to go with the rest of the gigantic shooting range we're going to build.

25,000 acres. each resident gets a 3 acre plot - arfcommers get land for free, and since you have unlimited funds, you drop 750,000 on a house for each of us.

every other store sells firearms and/or accesories.

no firearm laws at all(i'm assuming we can make this our own country).

no DU trolls allowed.

all the hookers and blow we could possibly handle.

the ocean will be the shooting range. targets could be set up on shallow sand bars, or floating platforms could be set up at 100, 300, and 1,000 yards.

since fieroloki has unlimite funds, i'm sure he could buy a couple old ships for us to blast away at as well.

Mass transit only (Bus or rail or something). No houses. Condo's/Apartments only..... Will have shooting ranges or course.

Mass transit for less road congestion, and cleaner air. Its a more modern city. The condo's can be big, just what I want. Its my unlimited funds anyway.

This place wont be for everyone, but others will like it.
