It's an excellent depiction of organizations that outgrow their intent and purpose, leaving employees lost in the lurch; do they actually serve a purpose, or do they exist just to perpetuate the bloated organization.

I swear it 99% accurately represents my employer, ESPECIALLY management/administration. The less you actually do, the more valuable & revered you become (like it's some sort of Eastern mysticism).

I freaking LOVE that movie.
