Heard on the radio on my way to work this morning that the SCOTUS handed down a decision saying that it is A-OK for JBTs to search people who are boarding a bus, without telling them that they have the right to refuse.

Doesn't every citizen already know they have a right to refuse a search?

What are they teaching kids in these schools?
