TENNESSEE, Ill. - An Illinois man is accused of harassing his estranged wife by digging holes in her driveway that look like graves.


Leroy McClure has been arrested twice in the past three days. He was charged Wednesday with violating an order of protection.

McClure was charged with disorderly conduct after his soon-to-be ex-wife came home and found a hole nine feet long, three feet wide and four feet deep in her driveway.

McClure says he was looking for damaged water pipes, but authorities say they couldn't find any pipes.

A judge gave McClure a stern warning, saying "this digging business is going to have to stop."

One might suggest that it would take a rather large woman to fill that hole!

I wonder if he will take up wood working next and build boxes.

It seem that Leroy was just [i]digging for trouble[/i]. If he keeps this up, he'll be [i]in over his head[/i].
