The first time I went to Zimbabwe (I think it was 17 years ago), the exchange rate was 1:1. The last time I went (six or seven years ago), it was 43:1.

I just got an email from friends there, and it's now 250,000:1

Believe it or not, killing all the productive people in Zimbabwe has the suprising tendency of affecting their economy in a negative direction.
