Guiness is a stout. Sam Adams Black Lager is a lager. Trying to use a lager in place of a stout is like driving a stock car in an F1 race.

Anyone have a recipe? Irish Car Bomb sounds good. I like Guinness, better than anything SA makes. Anyone notice how the Guinness Draught is totaly different that the Guinness stout in the glass bottle? I like them both.

Half pint of Guinness with a shot of Baileys dropped in. Some will add a shot of Jameson. Tastes like weak chocalte milk. And makes a mess. One and the other please  And leave that Baileys alone!
