Ohio just put nearly a quarter billion dollars in our "Rainy Day Fund" that was completely wiped out years ago. In under 2 years we've saved back a total of nearly half a billion.

I think Indiana's near $2 billion and talking about taxpayer kickbacks too. It's nice being in a state that's not broke.
