LAS VEGAS (AP) - A federal jury in Las Vegas has refused to convict four accused gunmen in a 2014 standoff with federal authorities near the Nevada ranch of anti-government figure Cliven Bundy. In a verdict that stunned Bundy supporters, the jury on Tuesday acquitted Ricky Lovelien and Steven Stewart of all 10 charges against them. Defendants Scott Drexler and Eric Parker were found not guilty of most of the charges against them. View Quote |

Refreshing. |

A good number of Americans are fed up with the government. Their is a lot more disgust and desire for change in government than is apparent.

This was the second trial lets see how many times it takes to get the charges to stick.

What were "innocents" doing in the middle of the barren desert? They did not live there. No one does. The cops were there under a court order. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes |

Sorry if free people being able to move about the country trigger you bro. View Quote People being free is cool. Kids are not free people. Kids have to go where their parents take them... They have no choice. What were the folks doing in the middle of the barren desert? What were the folks pointing guns at cops in the middle of the barren desert for? The cops were there under a court order. They were like kids. The cops were forced there by a court-order. What brought folks out to the barren desert? I know why cops had guns there... The court-order. |

Papers please. View Quote You can answer me a question about the stand off... If we are to believe the Bundy narrative, the Feds were pointing guns at folks. Ready-to-kill... If that were true... And the Feds were *first* to point guns at folks... And the Feds were eager and ready to kill... Then why did Bundy folks take their children to the stand-off with the Feds? |

LOL at all the statists from all the other threads.
Oh look it's our resident Bundy hating crazy person spewing BS all over anything Bundy related. Basically the feds have been humiliated twice now. I hope they have anxiety from the court case to go along with their PTSD from having armed Americans around them. I hope they never sleep again. |

This is Eric Parker, I remember thinking "he's going to catch a case for that" when I saw it. Article says "most charges" so what did they get him on? View Quote No way would anyone be that brazen and that dumb. He did a few things right/smart. He never admitted to pointing directly at Feds. He said his plan all along was to shoot "warning shots." He also never left the highway, and entered the land that was "trespassing." He stayed on the highway, so he never *technically* violated the original "trespass" order. He also co-operated right off the bat, and he was one of the first to identify that folks down in the gully (technically trespassing) were using women and children as human shields. At first I thought he was a Fed. But he played his hand right. He may actually walk. What statements he has made under-oath is going to get the Bundys gutted when their turn in front of a Judge comes-up... |
