To answer the OP, I did do it, it was called "The week after my vasectomy"

I over did it one time and pulled something inside there, PC muscle or something. It was a boring day so twice I got after it, I had no idea I was also going to get laid twice that same night.

The poor system was straining on the last one just to hold together.

I had to take a couple days off to let it heal up, it was like a shin splint but over my sack.

I did it back in like 2012 for 30 days. I gave it a shot after I came across an article that linked social anxiety with jacking off too much..lol It was called something like "was the cowardly lion just masterbating too much?"

It was interesting. The first 2 weeks were pretty tough. Then it got easier. Oddly enough, I became damn near fearless when it came to approaching random girls at bars and clubs. I figured it was biology taking over since they were my only option for getting off

Oddly enough those approaches went very well.. maybe it was human nature taking over rather than my trying to force the interaction? By the end of it I decided the article I read was pretty legit.

Sometime in week 3 I hooked up with a friend with benefits I had at the time. I literally lasted about 5 seconds

When it was all over with I ended up doing something like only allowing myself to fap once or twice a week. It seemed like a happy medium when it came to the fun of fapping and the benefits with being more at ease talking to random women.

ColdShower is a better one. 10 min cold showers instead of 20 minute hot ones. Try it. I repaired my water heater a few months ago, but I never turned it back on.

There could actually be science behind that, flushing out sperm at regular intervals helps make sure your body is always producing new good ones. If they sit around too long some of them can get all retarded.
