Army PT cotton shirt and 8 mile runs make my nipples burn like hell, what do I need to do to remedy this shit?
|
|
My college roommate was a marathoner. He put bandaids over his nipples. Otherwise he'd come back to the room with a blood-stained shirt looking like he took two bullets to the chest.
|
|
little squares of medical tape.
The new PTs are better, at least for me. |
|
You need a better undershirt under your undershirt.
I have some Dickies short sleeved coveralls that I wear when doing real sweaty work. The material is about 400 grit, so I simply wear a wife-beater underneath, and that solves the problem. |

Runs over 6 miles I use band aids. The clear waterproof ones work best. Good idea to shave to hairs off around the nipple area too to make bandaid removal less painful. I have had luck using body glide as well, but band aids are way cheaper. |

Bodyglide. You can find it in any good athletic shop that specializes in running gear.

Shit, I was a slug and got away with fivefingers when I took my guys on trail rums once a week. |

View Quote This was the exact same situation I ran into, and yeah...band-aids over my nipples were the only thing that worked. None of the fluids/lubes/salves/butters did anything. |

Lansinoh now, since you're already chafed, medical tape or bandaids prior to for proper prevention.
Also, breastfeeding is way worse for about the first month or so. So cheer up! It ain't that bad! |

When I was younger I had this cheap football jersey looking shirt, the numbers on it were some kinda hard ass vinyl. It made the fabric under the numbers like sand paper on one of my nips. I thought the shirt was cool so I just put a bandaid on.

When I used to run long distances, I used body glide. All of my running shirts have permanent grease stains in the nipple area.

Over thinking this...
2 bits of scotch tape or any kind of bandage or bandage tape and the problem is solved. |

Band-Aids, or tassels if you are a LGBT queer perverted anti-God, satan worshiping sodomite.....
Remember love and pray for the sinner but hate the sin. For it is an obumination in the eyes of our Creator..... |

Another option is to simply run naked. Run faster if you hear banjos.

What do you put on your other pink parts when they are chapped?
