I'm at the house - no work tomorrow - and I'm drinking.
Where are you? What are you doing? |
At the house. Have the day off tomorrow but I have to go in for a few hours
At home, got off work a couple of hours ago and I am thinking about hitting the rack
Home, watching my dogs play and dreading the 4 hour meeting I have in the morning...
Office at college... doing Incident Reports regarding all the FUBAR situations this weekend.

About to log off, go watch some Three's Company on Nick at Night with the wife in bed before we go to sleep.
At home, got off work early tonight, organizing my reloading crap, studying for psych test, playing Starcraft.
Home from bar. I was at the library, trying to do some reading, and a buddy called and told me it was his b-day. Went to an interesting South African bar/restaurant tonight, cool decor, pretty good looking menu. Ate some 911 wings at a wing joint and laughed at their puny attempt to burn my mouth. Drank beer, whiskey, gin and tequila. Now home, awake and drunk. No work tommorrow and no class until 12:30. Should be reading my international law, but fuck it.
Are you a campus cop? |
Three's Company...<sigh>...why do you admit that, Bob? |
OUTSTANDING, my good man. Live life! Mission, Enemy, Time, Terrain, and Troops available. |
At work - police dispatch center. I've currently got an officer involved accident with injuries, pursuit that just ended, assault report, prowler run, one traffic stop, and a missing person run on my screen. I'm the KING of alt-tabbing back and forth btw ARFCOM and the dispatch program. (OSSI CAD program for those who know dispatch systems....we just went to it, and it's excellent)

I try. Wish I'd thought of that sig! And, yeah, it's not just an acronym, it's a philosphy for dealing with life. |

sitting on top of about 2,100,000 gallons of gasoline.
Headed for our next port. |
You used to have some great stories. You'd post pics and describe radio commo's, etc. Why don't you post that stuff anymore? |
Hey - keep us updated. This may actually turn into an interesting thread! |
If you hadn't put the smiley at the end of your post, I wouldn't be curious - but since you did, what's in Fostoria? |

I still do sometimes. These days I'm posting a few things about my days as a Boy Scout in the Pre Vietnam era. It's fun remembering simpler times and a more simpler America. A lot of the Post Vietman folk really don't know what this country was like back then. It was a lot better in most ways, but a lot worse in others. I just posted one about my Cub Scout trip aboard USS Wasp, whe WW2 carrier in about 1959. |

At home in the basement. I haven't been on-line in a few days so I came down to catch up.

Whiskey is keeping me up and alert. WTF? I thought alcohol was a depressant! |
I usually drink vodka which knocks me out in a few hours, but the past few nights I've been drinking rum and this stuff makes me to hyper to sleep. |
I had some whiskey earlier to help with my cold. Now I'm out of Coke. It is truly time for bed. |

Sitting here in my den surfing this site and watching my collection of Band of Brothers videos....thanks in large to the other thread where we are discussing the meaning of "kommen sie hier schnell", among other things.
