Cane Corso 1 - Maui Jim's 0.

Work outdoors, worn almost daily so glass is important. I'm thinking Costa but not sure. Open to suggestions and good feedback.

I have Costa's and Maui Jim's myself.  Like the Maui Jim's the best for every day use.

I had a pair of Maui Jims for years.  Loved them.  Some fuck face stole them out of my truck earlier this year.

Perfectly happy with Oakley but that probably won't be a popular opinion.

The only reason I'm on my second pair of Flak Jackets is because I lost the first on a film shoot after wearing them for 3 years. I love 'em

Don't waste money on expensive "designer" sunglasses. Oakleys are the Brodozers of the eyeglass world.

Going on 2 years of a pair of Ray-Ban 8316's. I have to wear prescription glasses so my options are somewhat limited but I think I'd still choose these even if I didn't need prescription. They give a somewhat wrap around feel but not too much. Not too dark lenses but the polarized lens is whats important. I don't go outside without my sunglasses.

Costa has had a lot of qc problems lately.  Suncloud by smith are great for 40 bucks.  Maui jims are some of the best, but are around 200.  I wear Revos and they are excellent, but over 200.Native are another good brand and are around 80.

Green or Blue lenses? MJ has a million colors that do a bunch of things but seems most people I talk to swear by one glass or the other in Costas. I had grown to love my HCL Bronze MJ lenses.

Costa 580 glass lens FTW, pick your frame and tint.

I like Costa.

It's like having the toughness of Oakley frames with the quality of Maui Jim lenses. Although it's hard to beat my MJ Lighthouses for running because they are so light.

Oakley Flak 2.0 with Polarized Blue XLJ lenses.  Daily use, you just cant beat Oakly flak, flak 2, etc.

Love mine!!!

For a little dressier, I go to Ray-Ban street Titaniums or just recently picked up a pair of Maui Jim Mavericks with the Blue Hawaii lenses.

If you buy Costas, don't forget to put a big ass sticker on the back glass of your truck.

Maui jims are definitely my favorite lens, but for the price I don't like to wear them everyday. I wear a pair of Oakley's daily because after I scratch the lens I can replace them every 6 months for relatively cheap.

I know it's not "cheap" but I think Maui Jim will replace lenses for 75 duckets.

Costas have very nice lenses and are very popular in the marine environment. I have been wearing Bolle polarized as I get a discount. I really like em and great pricing.

I used to wear Gascans, until I saw the $20 clones in the local Sheetz. Polarized, ANSI rated, the little foam liner that keeps them from fogging, 7 for the price of one.

not sure costa lenses cost $20 to make, frames sure they are just injection molded plastic, but the money is in the glass, just like scopes etc.

I like transition lens, non polarized sunglasses.  Currently own, Adidas, Drivewear, Callaway, and Bolle, all transition and no polarization.  Like the Callaway SOLFX lens the best.

Pretty much.

Wear them every day. The difference is not negligible.
