NEW ORLEANS (AP) - A New Orleans man was arrested and charged with shooting at a military rescue helicopter.
Authorities said the bullets apparently did not hit anything.

Wendell Bailey, 20, was taken into custody Monday night by agents with the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

The agents were in the neighborhood to investigate neighbors' complaints of gunfire and heard shots from an apartment window as a helicopter flew over.

What actually happened to him in todays PC world:
1.President Bush sent a personal apology for the noisy helicopters which had been disturbing him.
2.The local welfare office made sure all his back checks were delivered so that he would not be angry any more.
3. BATFE hired him on as one of the boys.....so like them in so many ways...he would be valuable at the next WACO raid.
4. He was offered one of the premiere staterooms in the offshore cruise ships....one with a view back towards his apartment so he could be assured no more rescue workers dared to disturb his neighborhood.
5. Vincente Fox sent him 1 million barrels of Mexican crude oil.
6. He was issued a concealed carry permit and made a NO police officer due to his demonstrated ability with firearms....
7. He was offered a job managing the local WALMart since he was now so familiar with it and his new TV set had just come from there.
Scary part is this might all be TRUE!

Are we sure it wasn't Sean Penn shooting at the choppers? He does have a history of that and he was down there. Seems too much of a coincidence to me.
