Went to Lendingtree.com. What a waste of time. I got exactly zero responses and I have good credit and lots of cash from the sale of a couple of parcels of real estate. Who else or where else. Cheapest I've fond is Chase Manhattan at 7.1% 30 year fixed no points.

http://www.compareinterestrates.com/ 30-year conventional loans are running about 6.75% to 7.125%, depending on whether or not you want to pay points.
