I was watching a NJ channel(satellite) and there was one of them Nov vote for me ads.It was mud slinging as usual . But what the commercial said struck me hard. It said something very close to this. " This candidate once said he don't care if his neighbor owns a semi auto firearm." He even is backed by the NRA".   Now think about what they are putting out there to the soccer moms .If you own a semi auto you are evil and sick.If you agree with the NRA you are evil and a nut case.Thats what I read into it. I know this thought has been going around for along time but never seen it put in an Ad against a canidate. The ad, puts the idea that a gun owner is evil or bad.Its like a cancer people. What has happened to this great Nation?? A sad day indeed.Hang in there my NJ gun commrads. Rant off .War Dawg

The lautenpuke ad. Been on for awhile. He'a too chicken to do a few debates too. It's a damn shame. I have the same feeling too. I don't care if my neighbor owns a semi-auto and it's not my business unless he/she's prohibited from owning any firearms. It's amazing how democraps just don't care these days. For a long while, they saw GC as a loser. Now, in the final stretch, they are desperate.

I saw that ad on local tv for the first time today. I was gonna start a thread about it but figured it is not my place since that god I am not from nj. That ad makes me sick.

Worse was a few weeks ago on the local evening news. They had shots of Forrestor and lautenberg both giving speeches. lautenberg said something like - doug forrestor doesn't think we need more gun laws, can you imagine that ? He was almost laughing as he said it. Yes I can imagine that you f#@king ahole. The way he said it was what pissed me off the most. He said it as if Forrestor was a total lunitic because he did not want more gun laws. As if no one in their right minds would not want more gun laws.

Oh and the other bs that they keep harping on in the anti Forrestor ads - they keep saying that Forrestor opposes all new gun laws even thought 50 children a year die from guns in nj. First of all how many of those 50 kids are killed by legally owned guns ? Probabley none. And second how many kids are killed each year in nj by cars ? Should we ban those too ?

Over in PA we have that sorry pos ed (lets sue the gun manufacturers for the acts of criminals) rendell is winning by double digits in the polls in the race for govenor.

These ads are painful... because they make you realize who your neighbors actually are, because they actually fall for this shit. They believe guns are pure EVIL. They pulled this crap on the Republican candidate for Governer because he said he was gonna push for better carry laws. $@*&$^@*&$^ ARRGHH.

Well with the Clinton motor voter bill does that mean we can all register in New Jersey and elect teh right guy for the job.  By Absentee ballot!  The Democrats are very good at vote fraud, heck the courts in New Jersey don't even care.

Is Forester slated to lose to this assclown stand in guy they illegally threw in there at the last minute?  Damn sad what our country is becoming if so...

Yes, Mr. Stand-in-Guy is leading the polls and widening the gap. [:(] I don't know what we're gonna do here. With this smart-gun bullshit I think Jersey is gonna lead the pack in gun-grabbing legislation. It will ban all new pistols that aren't smart as soon as a smart gun hits the stores. Don't say move out of Jersey, either. Because I'm 100% sure there's a bill sitting on a Congress-critter's desk right now that resembles our smart gun legislation. People laughed at our AW ban and our hi-cap ban... no one's laughing anymore.

God I hope Lautenberg doesn't win.  We have enough offensive gun "laws" due to him already.

Jersey's a lost cause. They should merge it with NY. That way there would be 2 less liberal Senators in the Senate.

The new state slogan: "New Jersey, the lost cause state" or "Give me Liberity or Give me... well just Give me".

I ain't never going back to NJ.
