I see nothing has changed.
We lived in Tampa during the early/mid 60's and I can vividly remember my Dad complaining about the "old fart drivers" whenever we were around St. Pete...!

I think it should be mandortory to road test old farts after 60 and every 5 years after that till they are dead.

Grampa is EVERYFUCKINGWHERE!!!

Yesterday I saw him in Micanopy(Iowa plates), and Sunday he was in Okeechobee(Michigan plates)!

they should be road tested EVERY year.  Problem is, they're the ones that vote, youngins don't vote & don't pack the political gear to get something like that passed.
the scary thing is that once all those liberal-ass baby boomers move down & start voting.
