So I am outside with the dog enjoying a cold one on the patio, when I see a Maroon '01-03 Crown Vic. slowly comming down my dead end street. Now I know all the normal vehicles that come here. Two doors down the neighbor has his house for sale by owner with signs at the end ot the street.
The way that car was moving and the animation I could see from the two occupants, struck me as wrong.
I moved to front yard to observe, I saw two possible Hispanic males low riding (seats reclined). Now there are very few hispanics in my immeadate area parked in the drive way of the house for sale. Nobody was home at the home for sale, but I was clearly visable from my yard.
After about 30 sec. of me standing in clear view playing at weeding they turned around.
As they moved even with my drive way they stopped to look at the neighbors house across the street, no cars there all quite. Then I called the dog who was harassing frogs at the pond.
When the dog came around the house he ID'd the problem with all hair standing, and not with a friendly bark.
The car moved off and I was only able to get a partial plate due to my trees and plants. I called the local SO and the dispatcher who I know let me know I was not the first person to call in in the area.
I have every thing at the ready, including the beer if they decide that the neighbor across the street is the house to hit. What they don't know that inside is "Mabel" a 120# boxer with a bad attidude if you don't know her. The first time I met "Mabel" was when I was returning a blown garbage can to my neighbors yard. A flying 120# boxer grabbing your upper arm is not fun, I and my "Buster" have become good friends(Buster is nutered and he still tries to hump Mabel)
