Just received a new case of tannerite, and I need some new and creative ways to use it.  We're bored with just shooting film canisters full of it.  Sure, it's cool, but I want the sky to rain debris for at least 5 seconds.

That sounds like a great idea!  Want to go shooting tomorrow?

Cover the tannerite with a pile of rocks.  Leave a small opening in the front.  Shoot.

I saw a video a while back where a guy used tannerite to remove a tree stump.

Guys,

The stuff's a hell of a lot of fun, but IT CAN BE DANGEROUS.
There's a reason it comes in a plastic bottle. It turns into small, lightweight missles that don't fly very far.
What ever you do with it, always think secondary projectiles, and direction.

Have fun and be safe.

(Thinking about one inside a watermelon at the Camden, TN machinegun shoot..... )

HKO

(...or maybe inside a cardboard box filled with baby powder.)

a five gallon bucket full would be cool.

C'mon, I'm hoping to get out this weekend and I need some clever ideas.

I thought of embedding it into a watermelon, but that sounds sticky.  On the plus side, it would be biodegradable so I wouldn't have to sweep up to thoroughly.

BTDT - It makes a big pink mist cloud.

I blew up a pumpkin once, and that was pretty cool.  We blasted a turkey to smithereens at the last Tom Bean shoot...

I likes tannerite!

only an idiot would bury it in rocks. Now dirt without any rocks in it would be ok.

Would you shoot a frag grenade at 20 yards without any cover?  Well, if you shoot tannerite under rocks, your doing the same thing.
