Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need some external hard drive help

I've got a 500 Gig Iomega hard drive, but my computer won't open it, or let me put anything on it. I used to have a MAC, and it ran fine off of that, but my PC won't open it now. I got it to open about a year ago, but I don't remember how. All I want to do is format the drive so I can use it with this computer. Does anyone know how to do this? It doesn't open under "my computer".
