One of the best handguns I have ever used hands down. I like to compare the XD to Glock being they don’t require a lot of maintenance and can take a beating. Its hard to find another pistol that can out perform the XD .40 at 50-60 yards. I’ll be picking up the XD in .45 ACP next month, the .40 gives you plenty of bank for your buck though.

Ive had an XD40 for a few years now. Love her. I picked her up from a LEO friend of mine so no telling how many rounds he fed her but she has seen atleast 5-7k rounds through my hands without a single hiccup. She does bedside duty and looks like she is brand new. No rusting or any issues like that. Accurate, and comfortable and no recoil. Simple take down...
