Found a job that I think would be great for me...but I've been slow in making a cover letter (should have done it 5 years ago...[:|]...

Well Friday during work I finally made one but I'm unsure of the grammer and other things.  Would like to know if there are any people that are either good on grammer or is an HR guy that can give me some tips on what needs to be fixed.  Also, if at all possible would like you to take a glance at my resume as well.
